Returns Policy
Please note for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on our earrings.
If an item is deemed faulty, we will offer to repair, replace or refund the value of the item. Please send details of the fault to info@twelvemiledesigns.com (please include as much detail as possible and pictures of the fault). We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that is not faulty or damaged.
Shipping Policy
- We ship within Australia only.
- Estimated delivery timeframes Australia wide are 3 -7 days for Australia Post regular mail. Please refer to the Australia Post website for your area.
- Whilst we aim to ship as quickly as possible, please allow up to three business days for us to dispatch your order.
- Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly as once your order has been dispatched we cannot alter the address and do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses. If there is an error in the address details you have supplied, please email info@twelvemiledesigns.com ASAP and we will attempt to amend it.

Data retention
