The Everyday Range

Not all titanium earrings are created equal. These earrings are made from alloyed medical-grade titanium, containing 6% aluminium, 4% vanadium and 90% titanium. A small number of people with very sensitive skin may experience discomfort from this type of titanium. If you are one of these people, please instead consider our other titanium ranges. Our other titanium ranges consist of unalloyed commercially pure titanium.

Nickel-free

There is no nickel in any of our titanium earrings. You should avoid nickel because it is one of the most common contact allergens in the world and a leading cause of irritation in healed piercings.

Hypoallergenic

Our titanium earrings are hypoallergenic and a great choice for sensitive skin. Medical-grade titanium is biocompatible (that is, it’s not harmful or toxic to living tissue) and is frequently used in dental and medial implants.

Light and strong

Titanium is a lightweight yet strong material, making it an ideal material for earrings. Using it we can create lighter earrings to reduce tugging or pulling on the earlobe. This type of medical-grade titainium is a strong material, making bent earring posts a thing of the past.

Finish

• These studs feature an anodised finish
• The anodised finish is created via an electrical process which allows the surface of the titanium to be coloured without the use of dyes.
• Anodising works by increasing the natural oxide layer on the surface of the titanium, different colours are achieved through microscopic changes to the thickness of the oxide layer.
