Returns are easy with Twelve Mile Designs.
Step 1: Start your return
Complete the Start a Return form with your order number and the details of the item you are returning.
Step 2: Receive a postage label
We will send you a prepaid Australia Post postage label within a few days of receiving your return request.
Step 3: Send it back
Attach the postage label to the original packaging and drop it into any Australia Post mailbox or Post Office.
What happens next?
Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- A flat $10 deduction is made to cover postage.
- Approved warranty claims are not charged the $10 deduction.
What is covered?
Returns are accepted under two policies:
